The Shilo Yuma advertised quality accommodations...it is anything but. The pool and deck area were filthy. Tall weeds growing between the deck expansion joints. The room offered thread bare towels and toilet paper for facial tissue. The tv is ANALOG..there are water leak stains on the celing...thd wallpaper is peeling off.....the grounds are run down and in disrepair..the advertised breakfast was a grab and go stale muffin...the entire experience was a huge disappointment.

The staff was excellent customer service offered upgrade . But the hotel itself is very old . Outdated room was stuffy and the towel was dirty with a lipstick kiss on the towel. Very bad experience
