"Good"

Did not have breakfast as we didn’t see the owners the whole time we were there

Check in was 4:00pm we arrived at 2:00pm and no body was home we left our bags in the garden and returned at 4:00pm still no body home we sat outside in the rain and cold until the owners arrived at 5:00pm This is not how you treat your guests.

Everything! We were well looked after. The bedrooms were lovely, thr shower was great! They provided great selection of hot drinks and biscuits. The bed was really comfy The location was perfect The breakfasts were the best we have had! Really lovely b and b with really lovely people.

"We came down to see friends pre Xmas and Spring Gardens convenient."

2nd time we've stayed there (which would imply we were perfectly happy with it.) Jenny and Steve were around if we needed them. An easy walk into town centre.

Nothing to dislike.
