Days Inn by Wyndham Richmond

Great customer service. But the room was yucky. Sticky floors, dirty shower, hanging fan above the toilet. Front of TV looked like it had jelly or something smeared all over the screen and remote. The A/C was broken, and it was so hot. We slept on top of the blankets. And would've NEVER taken a shower there. Disgusting.

Great location! The mattresses were very comfortable and the ac worked well! Front desk clerk lady was very nice and needs a raise to deal with the owner of this place!

The outside needs new paint, parking lot needs replaced n lines painted, rooms were outdated, mold on ceilings, giant gap under door, broken towel rack, patched holes not painted over, water took forever to get hot, light over sink didn’t work, toilet no pressure. The pool was closed but didn’t say on the web site and the manager is extremely Rude!!!!!

The location was right off the highway in close proximity.

Rooms need updating. The refrigerator was not working. The microwave was not working. The rooms seemed smoked in. The A/C was nearly breaking apart.
