Had to move to another room because the bathroom sink was plugged up and the toilet was broken in the back of the toilet that holds water. Then they moved us to another room and the sink was not working. No more staying at this motel

The room was very nice, very clean had everything we expected. Walking distance to gas station/convenience store and Bob Evans, which was nice because even for continental breakfast it was a little limited but everything else about the hotel and stay was great!

Checkin was easy, staff was friendly. Rooms need to be updated…a lot.
Quiet, clean, convenient
It was very clean, staff was nice. I traveled 5 hours for funeral, finally made it to hotel, wanted to take a shower, water was cold. Talked to manager and was told it was the citties fault. Im not brilliant but know hot water comes from a hot water tank. Anyway that being said was told i would have hot water in am around 7 or 8. Needless to say, it was warm but not long enough for a shower. So i had to make the trip back home with out a shower. This issue needs resolved.
