Kayla at the front desk was awesome and so helpful
No elevator, rooms not bad, towels had to be put in hall when soiled, they hung new ones on door handle, no clean up unless requested! Toilet ran constantly in room 250! Breakfast was not bad for frozen omlette and cresant sandwich
It was iver booked and i had to have a king size instead of 2 queens. Breakfast was not done well either. The room was very clean and the front desk lady was on her game to.
Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. Plenty of parking for larger trucks/trailers and nearby gas / food.
Our room was clean, bed and washroom were clean and somewhat comfortable. Close to highway but not in a very nice looking area. Bob Evans was out front which was convenient for meals. Breakfast didn't have very many options. Front desk staff was friendly.
This hotel has been good in the past, however, we will not stay again. We will spend the extra $$ and stay at the Holiday Inn next door. It was so much cleaner, nicer, and accommodating than the Quality Inn.
I requested a room with 2 queen beds and they said they had none and it was booked with hotels.com and 3 of my kids had to sleep on the floor. And i had to put them in a smoking room. Breakfast was empty when we went down to eat. Said they would not give us the handicap room and they had 2 of them with 2 queen beds this was at 1am. May have to look for new booking company
The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was decent. This is a good option for an economical stay.
Booked room online but when we showed up to check in there was someone in our room already and had to drive home. Still have not been refunded.
