Quality Inn near Mountain Creek

We did not sleep here. There was a major power outage so we had 2 drive 3 hours to go home.

The hotel is very old and it did not have a clean smell.

A continental breakfast was provided, but limited. The place is dog friendly. Miss Louise at the Reception desk was welcoming, pleasant, helpful, informative, and kind. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were supportive. The hotel is conveniently located.

The bathroom door could not close if one was using the facilities. The tub did not drain well. The sink stopper did not work. The knob on the closet was stripped. The walls are very thin. You hear everything.

I like the place. I’ve already booked twice, and it’s very pleasant

I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist who was working Thursday night. I don’t remember her name, but she was a blonde woman with blue eyes, around 50 years old. From the moment I walked in to check in and greeted her, she looked at me with clear displeasure and spoke to me in what I can only describe as a racist tone. It was so uncomfortable that if you’re going to have people like that working at the front desk, it’s better not to have them at all. She is the only person, out of my two stays, who has treated me so poorly. At the time, I didn’t know who to contact to report such unprofessional and unpleasant behavior.
