Overpriced, rooms in a state of disrepair, shoddy breakfast, don't like the seeming bulletproof glass at the check-in desk

Elevator out of service. No plug for bath tub. Non-working electrical outlet next to the bed—wasn’t even attached to the wall. Bathroom had a lot of damage and there was a hole in the wall behind the door to the room.
