Hampden Apartments - The Charles

Good property in convenient location. Large fridge with cold water and ice dispenser was very good.

Property was a bit tired in places. Carpet badly marked. Several light bulbs not working. En suite bathroom fan didn’t work. The outside terrace hadn’t been attended to for some time. Some windows wouldn’t open and one of the portable fans was broken. Basically the whole place just needed smartening up a bit.

Very good location wise. Apartment was spacious and kitchen ‘white goods’ were very nice.

The apartment is advertised as luxury however there were stains on the carpets and sofa. Plus dirty skirting boards. The apartment was very echoing which when there are four adults talking, it sounded quite loud.

Great location, and it was a nice spacious apartment with plenty of bedrooms. Parking was also fantastic.

It wasn't particularly clean. Someone had chocolate cake before us and left wrappers in the cupboard with chocolate all over it. Not particularly nice thing to open the cupboards to. The bathrooms are not particularly clean, red bits in the shower (where this is a build up of dirt from not being cleaned properly) and there was limescale all over the handles of the washbasin and shower, etc, and stains on the carpets. One of the toilet seats was completely broken when we arrived. I messaged the owners and didn't get a response until a few days later. There was no acknowledgement to the cake wrappers or toilet seat, just apologising for taking a while to get back. The sofa is not comfy. It's extremely hard to sit on and we took bedding from the spare bed just to make it at least sit-able.

Excellent location for Windsor and Legoland. Could walk into Windsor and property had a parking space with other options nearby for parking too. The appartment was an excellent size for us too.

The apartment is in an excellent location and a brilliant size but could do with a little TLC. The kitchen was big with a good size area for eating and lounge area and 3 good size bedrooms. Some of the fixtures and furniture were damaged / a little tired looking and it could use a freshen up.

This is a wonderful place. Everything in the apartment was fantastic. The apartment is very spacious. It is situated in a very nice location and neighborhood. Onsite parking was available. It was nicely cleaned and ready to check-in earlier than the said time.
