Great location and excellent check in instructions. Easy to find and well set out

The apartment wasn’t particularly clean. Lots of surfaces were dusty or a little grubby. Nothing that affected anything but just not 100% clean

Excellent facilities overall. Finding a pint of milk in the fridge was a nice touch, as well as some teabags, coffee, salt, pepper, washing up liquid etc. Plenty of crockery, glasses, cooking pots and utensils. A great fridge/freezer with ice maker. There was even a separate drinks fridge. Very spacious. Free secure parking was very welcome. Good information provided by the owner by email prior to arrival. An easy walk into town with restaurants on the way.

Some lights in the main bathroom need replacing. There was no teapot! Finding our way into the property by car was a little tricky due to the one way system, so be prepared.

Spacious apt within easy walking distance of town centre and off street parking. Host responded to queries promptly and check in very straightforward.

Lack of toilet rolls. Guide to use oven & hob - found a booklet for hob in a drawer but could be more accesible.

Very clean, excellent location close to shops and castle.

Had difficulty getting into the property as the front door wouldn’t open. Had to call the manager who was very helpful but in the end we had to go in via the side gate and back door. Once inside I opened the front door after which it worked fine. The lighting inside the apartment is very good but the switches took some time to work out. Easy to switch in and dim but not so straightforward to switch off. The hob is an induction hob which I haven’t used before so got the instructions out, however I could not get it to work so in the end we went out for breakfast. Found out later that there is a main power switch but this is not referred to in the instructions and is situated away from the hob on an adjacent wall. I have suggested labelling it clearly for future visitors. Once we found it everything worked well.
