Room was hot a/c was not working, tv was not working, the phone in the room was not working, and the was a black substance on the chair on the balcony, i went down to the front desk was talk with an employee about the room, then another employee came out the back and started shouting at me about having a dog in the room, and ignored the problems, at 4:30 am they changed my room, awful first night and next day from lack of sleep, they move me to a smaller room And a 80foot crane blocking the veiw i paid extra for, i do not feel safe with the front desk manager having my personal information, he told me he looked up how many times I been there,which is against the law invasion of piracy, i ask his name but its a allis or nickname refused to give me his real name,

A magnificent hotel. Definitely better than a 5-star hotel.
