"Not the best stay but good views"

Staff was nice the views were also nice

The space wasn’t utilized well at all , shower was nothing draining whatsoever , construction at the pool the entire time I was there also loud musics from a wedding while I was there

The pools liked dirty and were generally packed with lots of music - not relaxing at all

We had beach front. The views were awesome. Pool views are incredible as well. Great shopping and restaurant's and bar in hotel as well. We will stay here again in a future visit to HB. Love the decor in Hotel rooms

"Excellent"

I feel the valet parking fee is way too expensive and when you figure in the amount in tips you give out to staff, the least the hotel can do is provide self-parking at a reduced rate.

Location, comfort of beds, ease of access to everything

The valet area was a mess, construction, long wait times, restaurants on site were pretty expensive
