Location
Booked three rooms. One room was fine, one the ac didn't work and the last one the shower didn't work. Talked to front desk about switching but no rooms were available. They offered to return some of my money which was fine but after leaving I realized they didn't give me any money back they charged me a second time for all three rooms

The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool
It's not senior friendly. The beds are so high that they are difficult to get in and out of, There's no fan in the bathroom, But the worst part was the so-called complimentary breakfast it was horrible. Even the coffee was lousy. I think they can do much Better. I rate this hotel a 3 at best but it's fixed at the top showing a 5 that I cannot change.
