This room had an extensive amount of mouse feces on the pull out sofa and floor around it. Blankets on the pull out sofa were covered in old food and mouse feces. Toilet did not flush. Shower door did not flush.
Pull out sofa and floor were covered with mouse feces. Old food and mouse feces on the sofa bed. Toilet did not flush. Shower door did not open. Breakfast was cold. Staff notified of cleanliness. Did not offer to clean room, did not allow us to change rooms.

The beds were ok
I didn’t like that we were told when we got there after we had paid for our room online thru Booking.com. Because we were what they call locals we had to pay a security deposit of $300 we lived less than 50 miles from the place. We were only there for one night and we opted staying the night because it had been a while since me and my husband had been anywhere by ourselves. We take care of my 80 year old mom and my Autistic son. So it was just a night too getaway but not to far that we couldn’t get back home quick if we needed too. But we paid it and of course they take it right away but you have to wait for it to go back on your card 5 to 7 days.. So if you’re close by just be aware. They told me it was up to them wether they take your reservations or not, but when I booked it never said anything about it so why would they even let that reservation go thru if it was a problem..
