Good location poor staff service. The price was ridiculous for bad service.no toilet paper. Floor dirty. No cups.

The smoke detector was missing. The wood floors hadn’t been mopped in ages. Just an hour of walking around in socks and our socks were filthy. Several of the towels had stains and/or holes in them. Had to clean the tub again. The key to the room stopped working some time in the morning looong before check out. I guess you get what you pay for.

The hotel was in a area convenient to stay close by during Covid-19 so we did not have to be out in public no more than we had to the staff was very nice and the room was comfortable for our stay

Love staying here, clean and affordable place to stay when I need one, the owners and workers here are very friendly and easy to work with, everytime I come I always choose this place, nothing bad I could say about this place.

"Exceptional"

Very clean room. Staff was friendly and accessible. It's not a 5-star hotel but, very acceptable for anybody looking for a one or two nights stay. Has plenty of places to eat around it along with a Food Lion in the shopping center behind it and a Walmart just down the street so many conveniences while you are there. Highly recommend this for anybody traveling through that area.

"Exceptional"

The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. Recommended local restaurants for dinner. This was just an overnight stay from a long drive. We pulled in at 5 pm after driving 9 hours.

Property did provide a "cheap" overnight stay...the "non-smoking" rooms still smelled of smoke that had been sprayed over. Then my family woke up in the morning early to get ready to leave and the place had NO WATER..so no bathroom, shower ect. I contacted Expedia twice to try and get a refund and they kept claiming they could not get a hold of the property manager..I spent over an hour with customer service both times.

Floors were filthy with crackers still on the floor. Feet were filthy after getting out the shower. Booked a non smoker gave me a smokers room that had a stench of burnt metal. Had to settle being I had two kids with me and it was midnight didn't want to keep searching for different hotels to stay at threat time of night.
