Good contact with the owners, they sent a very clear video allowing us to check in early. Also left wine, water and snacks for us when we arrived. Responded quickly to any questions.

The location was great for transport by bus and train but a 10-15 walk into the centre

Is not far from main places in Catania plus 5-7 minutes walking to Central Station that you can take Trip to Taormina, Messina, Palermo etc.

Excellent location and the owners were very helpful and communicated with me promptly.

The smell of sewerage in the bathroom was unbearable (even with the windows open).

Dakterras met uitzicht.

The terrace is amazing, with a direct view of both the ocean and mt. etna. It is also very close to the central bus and train station, which made day trips to neighbouring cities very easy.

The bathroom door was a bit rusty and sometimes got stuck.

The place is very well located and very spacious. The rooftop was amazing as well.

Unfortunately we found some cockroaches in the kitchen during our stay. We called the person who received us and he cleaned it all. But It didn't work because the next day cockroaches came back... we had to clean everything ourselves before using the kitchen every night and every morning. It's disappointing since we sent evidence of the insects, at the end the guy told us "only one cockroach not the end of the world"

The apartment was fine, the huge plus was having sole use of the large roof terrace.

The location,only 10/15 walk from the centre was fine if you are fully able. My wife requires the use of a walking aid, the streets, and pavements are not in the slightest user friendly. This is more a criticism of Catania than the apartment.

The apartment had everything we needed and more. The welcome food and wine was much appreciated. The location was ideal. Check in and communication with host was excellent. The view of Mt Etna and the city from the rooftop was great.

The roof terrace was very nice. The location was also great. The host welcomed us right downstairs at the door and the communication was very good at all times. We would definitely come again.
