Holiday Inn Express Osage Beach - Lake of the Ozarks by IHG

Breakfast was average, Coffee was terrible. Location was convenient.

Lack of furniture such as a comfortable chair to read or watch tv. The fold out couch was like sitting on concrete. Water in shower never got hot, only just above warm. The lighting in bathroom was terrible for applying makeup. Not good value for the money.

Booked for 2 nights, got a call after first night asking g why stuff was still in 6. Told them we booked for 2 nights and had a confirmation through booking. They said they couldn't find that confirmation. They ended up letting us stay in the room. But waiting to see if we will be double charged for the 2nd night now.

Hotel was nice and clean, but room smelled like a skunk.

The only thing nice was that the bed was comfortable.

The lady at the front desk was rude and rushed when we checked in. She was too busy making bracelets to do her job. The air in the room barely worked and the water was warm at best. When we check in and out we never got a receipt for our stay.
