What I didn't like was BOOKING.COM they had a miscommunication with the hotel. when we got to the hotel they didn't have our booking, the hotel did accommodate us and we stayed there, we did have to pay a second time and when we got home we contacted booking.com after going through all the prompts (30 min. wait) we talked to a rep. who did help us but it took over 2 weeks to actually get the refund, VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BOOKING.com I want to CANCEL my booking account and there are NO options for that.

Unclean room. Hair all over the bathroom sink. Refrigerator didn't work. Air conditioner didn't work. Staff was not helpful. They are still holding a $100 deposit on my credit card 5 days later. I called multiple times but they refuse to release the hold. They actually said they don't even see my hold anymore but I have it on my statement and will be reporting this to Holiday Inn corporate. Also, shady people in the parking lot behind the building. Breakfast buffet was subpar. For a $110 room, this is what you get. But $100 room hold for this hotel is absurd.
