Location. Gloria, at the front desk, was great. A smiling face, happy to help, polite.

The bed was terrible. Should be thrown out. My wife and I rolled into the center and had a hard time getting out. It was like being in a bowl. Not so great on our backs.

"It was a nice surprise"

I was pleasantly surprised that the breakfast included so many different items. I was expecting just Danish and coffee and fruit but they provided eggs and sausage and hash browns and bagels and Waffles everything was very good.

Actually I was pleasantly surprised about a lot of things I enjoyed the walk-in shower which is what I requested. Had a very nice hot shower. Although it wasn't like something you would find at a posh Hotel but I rather enjoyed it it was simple it provided everything I needed and I would go there again. I don't believe I've ever gone to a Best Western before but I would go again especially to that one.

"Overpriced."

Our most expensive motel room in three weeks in the USA. The first room had a fairly beat up floor. Not what you expect for $140. The second room was actually worse. The girl on reception was shown this room. It is unclear if she was aware of their condition. The third room nearer the reception area was better. It seems that some rooms are re-modeled but still overpriced for an interstate motel. This may be related to the nearby amusement park so don't anticipate a quiet relax in the playground pool where the dB are high. On the plus side the breakfast was varied and the bed in the remodeled room was ok.

Very clean, quiet, grandson loved the breakfast (typical of motels). The staff was exceptionally helpful both day and night, all very personable. Easy to get to from the highway, located near the places we were visiting near El Paso.
