Best Western Anthony/West El Paso

In town for the races at Vado motel was close to track. Everything went well overall the stay was good. Only issue was there was a bit of dust/dirt on the floor (maybe a wind storm came through). Nice place to stay.

Very comfortable and clean

Nice big room, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Close to Carlsbad National Park. Very good restaurant - Mariacos El Buchon - just north of hotel - delicious!!

This could possibly be the cleanest motel you'll ever stay at. It is next to a Pilot Commercial Semi Fueling Station so can be quite noisey even in the middle of the night. Pool is immaculate. Staff very accommodating.

We liked the staff. They were friendly and polite.

The floor in the room was dirty. This was, however, not their fault as we drove into Anthony in a dust storm.

The breakfast was great. Good variety of items. I liked the location. I loved that it has a gym.

It was a bit noisy at night time.

The hotel was pretty clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and convenient. We arrived very late and the room was still available and the staff was friendly. On the last day upon checkout I asked for an extension and although they said no initially, they did allow me 15 minutes to finish packing without charging an extra fee. So that was nice. I did however find a denture or tooth veneer type of thing on the floor when I was packing so that was gross. lol. It was four front teeth sewn together. I picked it up with a napkin and threw it away bc I didn’t want them to think it was mine. Ew. Aside from that, everything was extremely clean, including the beds and bathrooms etc.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is decent, and the staff is very friendly.

The place was clean which was appreciated. I liked that we were able to check in very late, but the lady at the front desk did not do the keys correctly because we had to return to the front desk and have them fixed. She was very nice and apologetic, but it was a hassle.

This hotel did not have the Best Western look at all. We stayed at another Best Western a few days prior and what a contrast with the furniture and even the breakfast. We had a great breakfast a few days prior, but at this location, we barely nibbled on anything as it was not good. Also different from our previous stay, this location had lots of added fees above what we thought we were going to pay from Booking.com. State taxes, county taxes, and other taxes.... It was ridiculous. Clearly, this is a different Best Western Hotel with a lot of extra fees, but I do not know what we paid for because it was not overall comfort or a good breakfast.
