Dry good size room and beds were comfortable.

I wasn’t impressed with parking situation. There should be a parking lot for people staying at hotel that is closer to the actual building. As older guests, we had to walk quite a distance carrying our belongings and trying to wheel our luggage in a very much in need of fixing and repaving. Wheels don’t love that terrain. Husband has breathing issues and it was very hot and windy. Not our best experience. We are coming back to Reno in September for balloon fest, and sorry, but we won’t be staying here.

Thankfully the beds were clean. It is walking distance to the event center. THERE IS NOTHING ELSE GOOD!

AWFUL PLACE!!! Filthy, old, grimy, lackluster, building with uneven floors and the most dilapidated lobby and elevators you've ever seen! Speaking of elevators, from the lobby we went to go to our room which was in the "remodeled tower" We pushed the sticky, filthy button to take the elevator up. The elevators are under renovations, so The actual button does not light up!... so we wait and wait for 15 minutes...then finally an elevator shows an arrow that its going up. 3 flights up the delipidated elevator stops abruptly, drops a few feet, we hear a sound that sounds like a spring breaking, the emergency box pops open, and now we are at a dead stop. I'm sure we are stuck, or going to die, but then the elevator moves up a bit and the door opens. Saw my life before ME!! Later, one of the guests said that the day before she was on exact elevator the doors opened before it was at the floor level and there was wall in front of them! It slowly adjusted itself and everyone ran off in terror. Total trauma, and not great start to our 1 night stay. The room was filthy, the furniture, ancient ( this is the remodeled room mind you) and there is black duct tape all around the windows. The carpet is so old dirty and sticky. the bathroom floor is slimy, there are stains every where ( don't want to know!) The service sucks! Waited for 10 minutes for a bartender and he yells " I'll get to you when I can!" Go to another bar, and the guy is so drunk, my husband has to point to where the grapefruit juice is, he can barely stand, then gives us change that DOES NOT include any $1s. WE ARE TIPPERS, but the guy didn't deserve $5 and was to drunk to notice anyway. This casino is definitely the bottom of the barrel. Considering the condition of the hotel, I wouldn't risk my health my eating at any restaurant on premises! Also, That night people came in the room next door at 2;30am, drunk and loud. Very thin walls and this place has zero class.

The housekeeping staff We wanted our room cleaned daily and had requested that at check in but it only got cleaned once in four days. We had to go to front desk and request clean towels

Had a good time with my lady. Great, room, great bed.
