"It was mediocre to say the least"

The room was hot. I kept the AC on 60 and it never got cool. They did not replenish my towels at all. They did not dump the garbages. The staff that I was talked to were polite, but the room was just not. Okay, it's not okay. Not to have a air conditioner that works. It was hot and I couldn't sleep comfortably because it was hot

The hotel stay was perfect we were seated in room 1403 right by the ice machine right by the elevator the elevators move a hell of a lot faster now, everything about this day was 10 out of 10
