Property is good! I like the valet parking. Sometimes it can be crowded but sorted out fast.

The Air conditioner is not as strong as other casino hotels. And can get uncomfortably warm at night.

"Now my daughters are terrified of elevators and we were not in the mood to do anything for the rest of our stay. Very tr"

Rooms were clean.

My 6 year old got stuck in the elevator and my husbands foot was getting squished to hold it open so she wouldn’t leave on her own. Security wrote a report on the incident but refused to give me a copy. Staff didn’t even offer a free water to relieve some of the emotional distress they put all of us through. Their elevators should be up to law and regulations and the sensor failed.
