The pillows are like pillow cases filled with t-shirts and the beds are really high and too firm for my comfort I attempted to call the front desk around 11:30pm and my call went unanswered.

Rosie's Cafe was the highlight of my stay at the nugget. I would not stay at the nugget again but I would go back just to go to Rosie's. I loved the mattress they have in the hotel rooms. It is medium firm. It was great resting on it. The staff were friendly.

I was assigned room 319 in the casino tower; it was like a sauna. The AC unit was outdated not functioning at all. the thermostat stated 60 but it felt like 70. I tried to ride it out having a little small personal fan but at night I couldn't do it. I woke up feeling like I almost had a panic attack. I contacted the front desk and they sent maintenance. The technician showed up quickly, a nice friendly guy. He adjusted it within 5 minutes or so. I felt the difference right away, although not by much. It did help me sleep slightly better. The next day I requested to change rooms because the sun was increasing in heat and the little bit of cold air difference stood no match to the sun. It felt like a sauna again. There was also bright lights that stay on at night outside the window which I didn't like either despite there being blackout curtains. Thankfully they switched my room to the 4th floor. They were friendly and quickly responded. The AC unit in Room 412 actually felt better. It felt like a 61-63 but the cold air quality was noticeable. The AC unit is my chief complaint. I drove 5 hrs with no ac in the car on a hot summer day to arrive at a hotel room where you expect a fully functioning AC unit as a basic guarantee most commonly and not having one... I was over heating to say the least. I would have paid more if it meant having a fully functional AC unit. I also didn't like the layout of the furniture and appliances inside the rooms. It was as if they didn't put thought into customer satisfaction. Each room has a huge square bulky dresser and inside is the fridge closet and safe. That's fine but the placement of it could have been better. They had two chairs and a table which are placed near the window and the big dresser blocks like half of the tv. It could be rearranged better that makes more sense and comfortable accessibility to the amenities within the room. The showers/ bathrooms were outdated, but working for the most part.

The bathroom smelled of urine, refrigerator didn't work, the hotel was muggy and hot , we went to buy drinks and bar tender was very rude, they couldn't find our confirmation we got place separate from our wedding party it was just a mess

broken ac unit in. 90 degree heat, there was not hot water for showers and there bath tubs flooded

It was close to where we needed to be.

The elevators were a joke had to wait and wait I think only one was working. Valet was a joke also it very disorganized and 10 bucks from midnight to midnight was ridiculous because you park when you arrive then check out it turns into 20 bucks if you leave the property after you check in. Rooms very dated .

Pretty clean

I had a huge complaint due to neighbors and I could not be moved because you were full. I checked out a night before due to my complaint. I do want to request a refund

The property has been recently upgraded. The rooms were good quality, and the casino was clean.

We were given the wrong size bed.
