"About the same as other Casino/Hotels"

Location. Close to many things I needed on my trip. The town of Sparks around it is convenient and very friendly staff at the hotel and the businesses around it. I played I lost, but the house always wins yet in this case it at least had good signage to help you find things rather than the confusing ways I'm accustom to that want to keep you in the casino.

Not having a microwave in my room. I really would've liked to be able to heat up left overs after a long day of driving rather than having to get food. The staff and what I ate at the in casino/resort Fettuccini was great.

The price. Free parking.

Breakfast at Rosie's wasn't great. I ordered the eggs, hash browns and sausage. The hash browns and sausage could've been cooked more. It looked really sad. Real basic. The pillows on the bed were a little lumpy. There was a long hair stuck to the wall of the shower.

"Decent, but casino was very empty and super quiet. Played a little on slot machine and didn’t get any payouts. Very tigh"

Dry good size room and beds were comfortable.

I wasn’t impressed with parking situation. There should be a parking lot for people staying at hotel that is closer to the actual building. As older guests, we had to walk quite a distance carrying our belongings and trying to wheel our luggage in a very much in need of fixing and repaving. Wheels don’t love that terrain. Husband has breathing issues and it was very hot and windy. Not our best experience. We are coming back to Reno in September for balloon fest, and sorry, but we won’t be staying here.

It was convenient and had several restaurants we could eat in

The housekeeping staff We wanted our room cleaned daily and had requested that at check in but it only got cleaned once in four days. We had to go to front desk and request clean towels
