The bed was comfy. Check in and check out was very efficient. There was plenty of free parking.

The common areas (hallway, elevator area, etc.) could be cleaner. The cleanliness of our room upon arrival was okay, but housekeeping never attended to our room during our 4- day stay. The mini-fridge was unplugged.

The room a good size and quiet. The bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable. The front desk, cleaning and service staff were all very friendly and answered all my questions clearly.

A lot of cigarette smoke in the restaurant and casino and the music is played very loud.

"We will not be back!"

Location met our needs

The “Casino tower” is old and run down. Noise from the freeway the first night forced us to move across the hall hoping to have a quieter experience. The new room was just as noisy and has not been updated for years! The window seals are coming apart and dried out. The bathroom was horrible. Standing in dirty shower water because of slow drainage, just a trickle of cold water in the sink (having to brush teeth with hot water, yuk) and the toilet takes two flushes to get everything down (taking forever for tank to fill up between flushes). Not to mention our experience in Rosie’s restaurant was one of the worst service we have had in a very long time in any restaurant. Pillow cases do not fit the very flimsy pillows (gross knowing that you are “trying” to sleep on pillows without a cover that others have slept on). Bathroom floors need to be mopped. It was not a good experience at all! Won’t even go into about the very slow elevators! (I know they are working on them, but maybe they could work on one side at a time? Sorry this is bouncing around so much but there was just so much bad about the 4 night stay.
