The complementary breakfast was great. My boys enjoyed it. My youngest enjoyed the swimming pool. Only 1 o the 2 night staff was kind to work with.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the night shift receptionist. Despite booking a pet-friendly room weeks in advance via Booking.com and driving 9.5 hours to get here, she was incredibly rude and refused to accommodate us, claiming no pet rooms were available. She offered no solutions and flatly refused a refund. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and managed to find a way to help us. While I am grateful to that individual, the initial experience was cold and unprofessional. Thumbs Down to the older light haired evening shift lady. Thumps up to the younger darked haired lady.

great room. great bed I slept 8 hours straight through. good programming on tv also.

No biggy Great bathroom and shower but while showering water splashes under the shower door onto the bathroom floor.
