Zwembad was mooi

Personeel slecht en onvriendelijk. Onze airconditioning deed het niet en het was 26 graden in onze kamer. Ze gaven aan ons niet te kunnen verplaatsen terwijl er online wel gewoon nog kamers boekbaar waren. Hierna konden we ineens toch verplaatst worden maar naar een mindere kamer. Ook in deze kamer werkte de airconditioning niet. Verder was het personeel echt totaal niet service gericht. Toen we aankwamen voor check in bleven ze met elkaar kletsen, toen ik vroeg of we geholpen konden worden lachte ze naar elkaar en konden we ineens wel geholpen worden. Met de kapotte airconditioning waren ze ook totaal niet behulpzaam, uiteindelijk konden ze een ontbijtje aanbieden voor één ochtend. Al met al, lekker aan het zwembad gelegen, maar ga hier niet heen wanneer je goede service verwacht om comfort wilt.

De ontbijtruimte is groot. Zelfs op drukte momenten zijn er genoeg vrije tafeltjes. Het ontbijt zelf is gevarieerd. Brood en gebakjes, vlees en kaas, fruit, salade etc. Het is er allemaal en wordt continue aangevuld. Het hotel is gelegen aan de rand van de stad. Je kunt goed naar het historisch gedeelte lopen. Maar voor het hotel is een metrostation en er zijn vele bussen die je brengen waar je wezen moet. In het metrostation is een kaartmachine. Deze kaarten zijn geldig voor al het ov. De kamers in het hotel zijn schoon, voorzien van alle gemakken. Goede bedden en kussens. Een complete badkamer dat goed schoon is. Het personeel spreekt bij de balie goed Engels en is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij komen vast nog een keer terug.

Se dovessi trovare una pecca mi è dispiaciuto non poter fare l'ultima colazione,perché la domenica il mio giorno di partenza il buffet apre alle 7:30 nonostante tutto lo staff è stato molto gentile da prepararmi una lunch box, nulla a che vedere con la meraviglia che si trova a disposizione
