Das süsse Kaffee im hotel öffnet leider erst um 11:00. Die innenstadt ist ca 25-30min zu fuss entfernt. Die lage ums hotel ist nich besonders schön.

On a positive note, the room, including the bed and the bathroom, was large and fairly comfortable. We got our room early, without extra charge, which was much appreciated. The location is convenient, good public transportation connections right at your doorstep.

The service as a whole was simply not up to scratch. We experienced an issue with our door lock, and it was handled very unprofessionally by the hotel staff. Reception sent us back and forth between our room and the front desk with all of our luggage, while maintenance (who was supposed to arrive within five minutes) never showed up. No one dealt with the problem, and no one ever followed up to see whether it had been resolved. This was absolutely unacceptable, particularly as it was a potential safety concern. The same lack of care and unfriendly attitude continued throughout our stay, leaving us feeling quite unwelcome. Our room also occasionally had the sewage smell that other reviewers have mentioned. While it was not overpowering, it was nevertheless quite unpleasant. There were several other, more minor inconveniences, including dirty glasses in the room, incredibly slow elevators, a very dark room with a small window, and a fair amount of street noise. Overall, the hotel was simply too expensive for what it offered.
