Arrived to staff saying we didn't have a twin room, they were fully booked and in essence it was our problem. Management then magically found another room. We then discovered that a rollercoaster that is placed ON TOP of the hotel runs every 5-10 minutes and so we had a huge rumble on a regular basis. To unwind, I decided to go to the pool to find that it is only open 1 June til end of August... bare in mind we are having a lovely 30 degree weather in May. What's the point? Top off with expensive drinks and a 35 euro breakfast, you can find better for the price

The hotel was very clean and had beautiful views from the terrace and the dining room

The staff at reception let the hotel down terribly. When we entered the hotel to check in the two receptionists did not even look up from their computers to greet us. We were left standing there for at least 5mins before we were even acknowledged. The next morning at checkout was even worse with the receptionist completely out of her debth and unable to check us out or take a payment for our breakfast. This is terrible customer service and would prevent us from returning.
