La chambre petite, rangement très limité. Literie très dure pas confortable. Couverture à disposition pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Mauvaise Insonorisation des chambres. Rapport qualité prix du petit déjeuner (25 €)...peu de choix

"Buena ubicación, pero mala experiencia por limpieza, olor y ruido"

Solo la ubicación

La persona que nos atendió recepción muy poco amable . La pieza con mal olor al lado los juegos muy incómodo el ruido. El aseo malo incluso encontramos una cucaracha, la cama hecha sin sacudirla. La puerta del baño sin pestillo. Mal puesta las estrellas.

Las vistas espectaculares, tienes todo San Sebastián a tus pies.La zona de lobby muy bonita.

El personal poco amable en recepción, estuvimos 10 min esperando para poder pedir algo en el bar y no había nadie.

Desayuno correcto pero si vas a partir de las 9 hay escasez de cosas. Durante 2 mañanas avisamos que no había gel en la ducha y no nos lo colocaron
