Noridel was excellent and had the best customer service definitely enjoyed our stay at the Laylow Everything was clean and in tip top shape thanks to Mrs. Noridel

My house keeper Charlie was the highlight of my stay. What a kind and compassionate lady who like many housekeepers in the hotel industry work very very long and difficult hours with sometimes little thanks from the guest. I hope by writing this review that you will seek her out and tell her thank you for the great job she does day in and day out at keeping the rooms where her guests stay clean and comfortable. Great location. Fun vibe. Huge rooms. Good breakfast and kind staff. Short stroll to Waikiki beach. Fantastic city hotel surrounded by a number of good restaurants

Come here for work a lot, great location close to all of the shopping, and the water- right in the heart of Waikiki. Bern here more than a dozen times, all personnel is phenomenal, great rooms, beautiful pool, great evening entertainment that is live, great restaurant on property, coffee shop in the morning. Tower rentals. Great service at the check in desk, always ready to help. General Manager is amazing. Gym is great, water bottle refills, in room hotel gifts. This hotel is amazing, staff rooms, amenities, location - all 5 of 5 stars. Will continue coming here. Highly recommend to all!

The staff was excellent and the rooms were nice. The room cleaning crew did an excellent job each day in ensuring fresh towels were left and the bed was made.

The valet parking pricing is quite high if you rent a car.

Stayed at the Laylow many times and each time, they exceed my expectations! Bar and food service is excellent (call out to Jerrod and Brenda and Cassidy) and the menu and quality of food superb. Rooms are comfortable and lots of storage space and little welcome basket of fun treasures. Top class boutique hotel!

お部屋の壁紙がモンステラ柄で可愛すぎて最高でした。またアメニティギフトが本当に可愛くて、特にビーチサンダルとエコボトルは滞在中に大活躍でした！ 無料アクティビティのレイ作りもとても楽しかったですし、シェイブアイスのカップまでとても可愛いデザインで嬉しかったです。 ハイフロアのお部屋だったのですが、廊下に設置されているフリードリンクのコーヒーの種類がとても多くしかも美味しくて滞在中は何度も飲んでしまいました。 スタッフのみなさんも本当に親切な方々ばかりでとても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

バスタブがあるともっと快適だなとおもいました。あとお部屋のウクレレが少し埃をかぶっていて残念でした。
