Staff are acommodating. Helpful. Good area for shopping food and fun for children

Great location & very friendly staff.

Great location between the Intl Mkt Place and the Canal. Awesome staff quick to help with your stay and exploration of the neighborhood or island. The warm saltwater pool and bar are also great and very space efficient. The aesthetics are clean and the Toto toilets are a great upgrade vs many other older hotels. Would suggest checking the door seals and sound proofing for some of the street facing suites to reduce late night loud noises if possible.

Hotel was in a great central location very close to shops and walkable to the beach. The beds were the comfiest I had ever slept in and I really enjoyed our room. The best part of the hotel were the fantastic staff who made everyday better with their kindness and humour. Especially Joseph, Kelea, Kai and Archie.

Very nice cozy hotel. Close to the beach and shopping but tucked away. We would definitely stay here again.

Our manager was incredibly rude. He belittled me when I spoke to him and had zero safety procedures during our tsunami warning. They also require a $500 deposit, so be prepared for that. The pool is heated, not mentioned btw. And there were children on the property.

No clean bath towels for 3 days , no bodywash refill, no room makeup for 3 days, any hotels i stay in canada room makeups every dsy, clean towels every day

The only problem I had was with the couter staff, I wanted to talk to the Manager and he didn't want to tell me who it was the manager and told me we are all managers in here, really bad costumer service

The hotel is just across from the International Marketplace which provides many dining options!
