卫生， 服务， 交付的房间没有暖气，床品很脏，一张独立的床没有床单，一盏台灯是坏的。 联系房东，让自行调到1号房间，但是1号房间灯光非常昏暗，床头灯也是坏的，床品还是非常暗色看不出脏的床品，房间还有反臭味的味道，---我们向房东反馈，没有人理会，打了平台客服电话要求把后面3天的房间退房，但平台客户以房东没有回复为由不能退，我们又要求不调换房间，要求把房间的暖气给修一下，把床单配置上。 结果直到我们离开都没有人给处理。
