The guesthouse had the most ideal location, close to the bus station and downtown.

The room looked a bit different than it was on the photos. The pressure of the water in the shower was not the best, we couldn't wait to get the showering over with. The toilet paper often run out and we had to bring it up ourselves from downstairs. There is no sound proofing in the rooms, so if other guests are in the hallway we can hear that clearly. We had to fight with the key/lock to our room often because it wasn't an easy task to lock it. We were 3 guests and we only got two cups in the room. We thought there is a kitchen to use as well, but we never found it.

The property is in a good location when you want to explore the center of Reykjavik- about few-minute-walk to Hallgrimskirkja and 10 mins to the BSI bus terminal. We booked a room for 2 and we got a quite spacious and comfortable room with a double bed, a small dining table with 2 chairs, a fridge, electric water heater and free coffee and teabags. The staff are also very nice and reachable and they made it possible for us to check in two hours before the check-in time. There is also the outdoor hot tub (we did not use it)!

It’s not that I didn’t like it but be informed that there are no toiletries available except for the towels. So, make sure to bring yours - shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush/toothpaste, etc. There is also no hair dryer available.

Emplacement

Pas de Cuisine Le jacuzzi extérieur n’était pas propre. Le frigo ne marchait pas la lumière des WC, non plus, avec un interrupteur dénudé, et pas de papier toilette non plus.

Facile d’accès, très proche du centre. Petit bémol sur le bruit mais avec des boules quies on y passe une très bonne nuit !

Very accessible, heating is amazing & beds are comfy.

You can hear footsteps but it’s not too bad.
