For the price it met the expectations. Right near the rental car return for us to catch an early flight with ease.

Parking was packed. Clearly old and though it looks like attempts are made to maintain, there was no "quality" maintenance work.

This hotel is so bad I told my wife, "Mary and Joseph" had it better when Jesus was born. The hotel should be razed and rebuilt. The elevator was not working so we had to use the stairwell to reach our room on the second floor. We are in our 70's, and that's an undue burden. On top of that, both doors in the stairwell were jammed to the extent that they required massive efforts to open. The hotel carpets were soiled and stained and they smelled. The walls and room doors were scratched and dirty. Our hotel room was not any better. The carpet, sofa, and bedspread were stained. We wondered if we should stay at the hotel and hoped that we wouldn't be bitten by bed bugs. Both the sink faucet and shower faucets were stiff and hard to turn on. The shower faucet leaked when we used it. There were only two bath towels. There were no hand towels or wash cloths. The new soap bars were tiny. There was only one hanger for clothes on the rack. There was only one trash can for sharing between the room and the bathroom. One of the night stand drawers next to the bed would not close. I was afraid I might run into it with my leg if I got up in the night with the lights out. The mattress seemed to be old and worn out. I looked at the sheets carefully to see if they had been changed. They were wrinkled, but didn't seem to be slept in. But they made me wonder. The room carpet was dirty and had not been vacuumed, probably in some time. Lint and debris were stuck to the soles of my wife's slippers. The "complementary" breakfast was the worst I've ever seen by a hotel that offers it. There were no hot food items. We just skipped it. I was glad that we arrived in the evening and didn't spend my time in the room other than sleeping. I had better living conditions when I served in Afghanistan in 2002-2003. I will never stay in a Quality Inn again and I'll question other Choice Hotel options even though I like Comfort Inn. I have no idea how the Quality Inn got a 3.1 star rating. A 1-star rating is too high.

The lobby looked rough as did the people loitering in it. I was told Just park where ever I could find since she doubted there was any parking left. Parked in a mud pit (all I could fine). The lock for the room had been broken several times by the looked of the beat up door and locks. The lock was sort of repaired by putting a pretty useless piece of metal to catch the door. I tried and pulled it open with no struggle.Not great since there were people yelling in that halls all night. Sofa had a nasty stain in the middle of it. No sleep and was extremely grateful it was only there a few hours before my flight. Had to wait 40 min for the shuttle from the airport. Then in the lobby, 3 different men shoved in front of me before getting my key for my car key back. Hotel clerk didnt say a word. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.
