Dirty, breakfast was nothing but bread and cereal, coffee pot was always empty

The reception area is not pleasant at all; you can hear every movement around your room, the snoring of other guests, and the wooden floorboards creak like a haunted house. I don't recommend staying more than one day.

Property needs some TLC.

Terrible service from start to finish. Booked with parksleepfly.com the shuttle look over 1 hour to pick us up from the airport even though they claim on demand pickup. No parking available when we got there. And the room was absolutely disgusting. The bed was made and that was it. Floor was wet and sticky, skittles and someone’s else’s laundry was on the floor. Shower still had a used bar of soap in it. Toilet wasn’t cleaned. Blood on the bathroom light switch. As I was checking in there was another family having the same experience as we were in a different room. Management did not seem to care whatsoever ever about customer satisfaction. Even the hallways were disgusting at this establishment. No compensation or refund. We opted to forfeit the stay and drive the 4 hours home that night.

This place is a total dump. Trash bags in all of the hallways outside the doors. Loud. Floors and walls are filthy. Lots of people just living here. Pot smell in the halls. No signs on the second floor to help direct you to your room. Nonworking lamps. Loud and noisy at night. Shuttle driver yelled at me when I didn’t have money for a tip (he did not help me with a suitcase because I did not need any help).

There was not enough parking. We had to park next door at a different hotel

Close to the airport, beds were comfortable. Rooms were actually cleaner than the rest of the building.

Building is run down, elevators didn't work, power kept going out. No secure parking, dirty bedding piled in the hallways, no coffee in the morning before our flight. Couldn't get ahold of the hotel to get the shuttle back from the airport.

The hotel was very old and in poor condition. The rooms were extremely dirty and not well maintained. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend staying here.
