I didn’t like I was charged a 50$ hold & at my checkout I asked when will my money be returned & they gave me a whole story about it not being taken out my account when the room came up to 330.63 plus the 50$. I paid 399 and still haven’t received my 50.00$ back .

Service was intermittent. Front desk was helpful, but housekeeping never brought more towels/wash cloths after telling us they would.
