"Was there for a funeral and I would of looked for another hotel but it was near my family house."

It’s in a good location for the town.

The hotel didn’t have comforters on the beds. There was no coffee maker in the room. The beds were uncomfortable to sleep in. The pillows was cheap and had no form.

Got there around 7:00 pm , person behind counter was very nice. Room was nice and updated and very clean and quiet. If I’m in area again I will probably stay there.

Not for me. If you are not a fan of bugs and insects this might not be for you. If you are cool with camping you should be good.

Does not look like the photos inside. More of a motel vibe than an inn. Checked in with an man who thinks everyone is beneath him or just dumb (The middle eastern man vibes). Finally got the card after waiting on him to come to the front. He said they don't serve breakfast just coffee (breakfast included in the agreement) . Walked 30 ft down from the office and opened the door. Dead bugs everywhere. Went to the bathroom and trail of dead ants disintegrating into the shower floor. Turned around and boom a huge spider was in the corner above the toilet in a web. So it's been there for a while. Doors are a little off the grounds so insects will be coming in. Told the staff member. He went to kill it and told me i should have looked at the pictures. "Outside rooms means bugs will get in. We just had it sprayed". Asked for a refund because i would not be able to stay due to arachnophobia. He said no. All this happened in about a 10 minute span. I sat in my car for 15 minutes after, booking a hotel across town.

"Do not recommend. I feel barnwell is already a small town, having things like clean sheets should just be basic when own"

Staff was friendly, however staff being nice is not enough for me to book here again. Would not recommend.

Sheets and mattresses topper had stains. Bathroom tub was okay, however bathroom ceiling needs to be cleaned. Looks like it was a cheap remodel. Would not recommend. Actual room DOES NOT look like the online pictures.
