Odada klimalar çalışmıyor. Banyoda havalandırma çalışmıyor. Otelin hiçbir yerinde klima çalışmıyor hava 32 derece. Otelle konuştuğumda çıkış yapacağımız gün bakacaklarını söylediler. Rezaletti. Booking olarak bu konaklamanın bedelini iade etmeniz gerekiyor böyle bir rezalet olamaz. Çocuklarla resmen rezillik yaşadık.

Had an exceptional stay at The Westin Grand Frankfurt. From start to finish, the staff was incredible and accomodating. I wanted to especially recognize Dominik, Arabella, Livia (from the Front Desk Team), Pam (Breakfast Team), Harrison and Alexandra (Spa Team). The breakfast had great variety and was well prepared. Pam went out of her way to make me feel welcome and appreciated. The Spa is very well appointed with a great pool, sauna, steamroom, and massage treatment services. I particularly enjoyed the aroma therapy treatment with Alexandra. Her technique and approach provided much relief and relaxation. The WiFi was fast and reliable. The rooms were quiet (no street noise or hallway noise) and well lit with natural light. Arabella was very accomodating on providing running route recommendations. I also appreciated being able to mail my postcards from the front desk. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Thank you Westin Team for making my stay in Frankfurt so memorable.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, großes Bett, Bedienung im Westin Club sehr freundlich. Schöne Dampfsauna, gute Lage im Zentrum, Lavendelöl am Nachtkästchen war sehr nette Idee.

Der Pool könnte ein bisschen wärmer sein.

Second stay in a Westin Grand (first time was in Berlin). I really loved it. Everything was exceptionally clean. Very comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'll opt for Westin Grand Hotels again in the future.

Breakfast is pretty pricey. Since there are a lot of nice cafés nearby, I booked without breakfast which was the right choice, I guess.
