Sonesta Select Dallas Central Expressway

It was in a great location and the rooms were spacious. It was easy to get everywhere from there.

They were doing construction work and they put us right next to where they were working. On Saturday at 7 a.m. they were already drilling, and it was really unpleasant. We also arrived at 8 p.m. for check-in and there was no one at the front desk, we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up.

Honestly it was an okay stay we hardly stayed in our rooms. When I booked it did say free breakfast which is why I booked there but when we checked in they told us no breakfast because they were under construction , which never said anything when I was booking. The pool area wasn’t so bad my daughter enjoyed it. The lobby area was nice and clean. The front desk was very polite.

I’m not sure if housekeeping is doing their job. The bathroom wasn’t clean right soap left on the handles hair in the bathtub, the headboard to the bed you could legit see hand prints all over it. I had to ask for clean sheets because i just couldn’t trust it. I even asked front desk if they could have housekeeping come vacuum the next day the floor was dirty and they never did I even asked again and still nothing. Both days we made sure to pick up all our stuff off the floor so they could vacuum and nothing. Each time I asked front desk I was very polite, never rude. I’m a nice person but honestly the hotel wouldn’t be so bad if house keeping would just do their job right.
