Sonesta Select Dallas Central Expressway

I didn’t like anything. My door was broken to my room, there was an air freshener hanging on the wall to cover up the mold smell, there was mold in my bathroom, roaches 🪳 and caution tape on a door next to my room where the door was actually missing. I took pictures and immediately checked out.

The staff was rude. One team member refused to assist me with checking out when I shared my concerns. He told me he was off, and I had to wait for the next team member to arrive and he walked away.

The staff was nice

The cafe was nonexistent and the construction work was annoying. The elevator button was ugly with all that super glue.

I loved the affordability and appearance of the hotel. Hands down best value on booking.com.

I had to switch my room 3 times . The first room had a dirty bathroom the second room had full garbage . Roaches crawling on the wall at 5am

pleasant room with very comfortable bed. nice lobby with American songbook music playing. overall cleanliness.Incredibly inexpensive.

No breakfast available during my stay and my room did not have a microwave.

The person checking us in was VERY RUDE. We were having a moment off to the side while he was checking someone else in. When he got done he yelled at us saying how can he help us. I had a reservation that I booked a week in advance because I’ve stayed here in the past and it was great. This time not so much, that ruined everything, because I didn’t feel welcome at all. I paid for 2 nights and still had to pay the security deposit, that’s $300. Why am am I being treated like this? I could have spent that $ elsewhere and I will next time. I won’t be back.
