Difficult to get to from street. Clearly, this a conversión property (under another hotel company at one time.) The JW Portfolio of hotels are intended to be upscale and vibrant properties. This is not. Hotel check-in area is the kind to be found in Courtyard Hotels. This main floor is dark, even with Lighting. Common areas, bar, restaurant are scattered throughout main level but placed haphazardly. Rio, at check-in was pleasant and professional. Rooms are nicely appointed and clean. Service staff were competent. Hotel is connected to Lenox Mall.
