Stay here multiple times. It’s amazing , there is an easy access to shopping from the hotel, food is amazing, the rooms are clean and airy. The gym / pool is also really nice. The moment you enter the staff are kind, welcoming and always helping . I will be back here

My husband and I stayed here for three nights over Labor Day weekend. Did not know what to expect as I had read several negative reviews as of late. We had w GREAT STAY! Everyone was so kind and helpful. From the doormen to front desk, to service people. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and well-stocked. We used our VISA $25 gift cards each day at Lenox square. Went to the Atlanta History Museum using our complimentary tickets. It was really nice! Don’t miss the Swan House there! Ate at New York Prime, brunch at 5 Church, and ordered pizza from California pizza kitchen one night. Would recommend all again! Would be more than happy to stay here again!

"Avoid the end of hall deluxe king"

Checked into the hotel with plenty of available rooms. The front desk put us in an accessible room with an old shower curtain and a floor that was soaked immediately after one family members shower. I went to the front desk to ask why they put me in that room, the answer was “we made a mistake, let us change you to a deluxe room”. I agreed, packed up, and moved to the “deluxe room”. It was an end of hall room, triangle shaped. It was quite possibly the smallest deluxe hotel room I’ve seen this side of the Atlantic. Can practically touch the door from the end of the bed and there is barely enough space to squeeze between the end of the bed and the credenza.
