Please note that keys are collected between 17:00 and 20:00 from Terrasol´s office, located on Avenida Andalucia, 65F, Plazamar Centro. For arrivals on a Sunday, please contact the property directly to arrange key collection. Please note that during the weekends and holidays reception will only be open during the morning schedule. Please note that the pool is open from 15.06 to 15.09. SECURITY The apartments are equipped with an anti-occupation alarm system with a camera in the living room; this system will always remain turned off during the guest's stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. El colchón de matrimonio no era cómodo, la descripción de la dirección del alojamiento en booking que no era la indicada en la reserva, ninguna respuesta tras la reclamación puesta en booking

El patio que era amplio

Las hormigas por la casa y por el sofá. La persiana del comedor que no subía y me dijeron que estaban pendiente de cambiarla. Avisas al rato de llegar que tienes hormigas y te lo solucionan 2 días después, porque vas a la oficina a protestar y poner una reclamación. Las puertas de los Patios desajustadas. El menaje de cubiertos escaso. El apartamento está en buena zona pero necesita un cambio, está en la Calle Fenicios, la ubicación y las fotos nada que ver con la realidad

La ubicacion era muy buena. El aire acondicionado del salon funcionaba muy bien.La terraza estaba muy bien preparada con sus toldos.La piscina estaba muy bien,cerca del piso y tenia una pequeña piscina infantil ideal para niños pequeños.

Cama, almohadas y sofa incomodos.

Me parece un anuncio engañoso ya que te hace creer que vas a una zona en concreto según la ubicación que pone del apartamento y luego resulta que tienen varios y como te toque el de la otra punta te tienes que aguantar,debería poner la ubicación del que te dan por si te interesa o no decidir antes de reservar y no poder ya cancelar,ya que mis parientes estaban en la otra punta de distancias y según el anuncio los tenía al cruzar la calle, por no hablar de la plaga de hormigas por todas partes era insoportable por los sofás mesas paredes todos lados,cocina poco equipada ni estropajo ni nada y vistas a un patio cerrado ,los supermercados lejos tienes que coger el coche solo un Covirán,vamos no volvería a repetir
