Please note that keys are collected between 17:00 and 20:00 from Terrasol´s office, located on Avenida Andalucia, 65F, Plazamar Centro. For arrivals on a Sunday, please contact the property directly to arrange key collection. Please note that during the weekends and holidays reception will only be open during the morning schedule. Please note that the pool is open from 15.06 to 15.09. SECURITY The apartments are equipped with an anti-occupation alarm system with a camera in the living room; this system will always remain turned off during the guest's stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Torre del Mar is een gezellige plaats in zuid spanje, vooral veel Spaanse gezelligheid, lekker eten, genoeg keuze, strand en zwembad op loopafstand. Een gezellige markt op donderdag voor de deur

De bedden ( mn het 2 persoonsbed) waren aan de kleine kant ( zeker voor grote Hollanders zoals wij.) En heel erg hard. Ook de slaapbank was niet in heel goede staat, heel erg hard als bed, en vreselijk doorgezakt als bank. Parkeren is een uitdaging. En op donderdag kan je niet in de straat Parkeren ivm markt

Todo, amplitud del apartamento, muy bien ubicado (cerca de la playa y de supermercados y restaurantes), amplio y con una gran terraza. Genial todo

Por ponerle algún pero, las almohadas son blanditas.

La ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento.

El único fallo que encontré fue en el calentador a la hora de ducharte, es difícil pillar el punto medio de la temperatura....

"Never stay with these apartments again"

One apartment was ok the other apartment disgusting worth 200 euro a week if you are lucky not a 1000 euro

No hot water bedroom door handle broken shower broken. Cockroaches to name a few things

Refridgerator did not work from check in Saturday 7 September till Monday 11am AND no one has bothered to respond to my request for a refund as I had to throw away food. Also advertised location was not the same as actual

NO RESPONSE TO MY REQUEST FOR COMPENSATION FOR THE REFRIDGERATOR THAT WAS NOT OPERATIONAL FOR NEARLY 48 HOURS AND THE FACT I HAD TO THROW AWAY FOOD
