I loved the room provided by the host. It was spacious, the lighting was perfect, the decor was amazing.

I was disappointed with my recent stay. The amount advertised in the app differed from what I was charged, and I ended up paying an additional $20. Additionally, although I had agreed with management for an airport pick-up and drop-off, this service was not provided. While the receptionist was kind, I was asked for full payment upfront before even checking out the room. Considering that I arrived at midnight, this was inconvenient and frustrating.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the food was excellent, and the chef fulfilled all our special requests. The management was perfect and the hotel was very safe. All in all, highly recommended.

I called the property owner to confirm directions, but to my disappointment, I was told the property was not available at the rate I had booked online. Instead, the host tried to upsell me to a higher price and even started offering a completely different property that looked nothing like what I had reserved on Booking.com. I found this to be very misleading and deceptive. I would advise future guests to proceed with caution.
