The only good thing is that they went out early the following morning and purchased a needed toiletry item for me. I appreciated it and tipped them.

Serious false advertising being perpetrated by this property. The room did not in any way resemble the room shown in the photo. It was not the bright, cheery, spacious room with attractive furniture that I was expecting. No flowers strewn across the bed as advertised or towels shaped like animals sitting in the middle of it. An absolute hoax! The towels were extremely rough on the skin. (Dear Management, fabric softener is your friend.) There was no screen on the window, which was open and letting mosquitoes in. 😡 The room smelled musty and unscrubbed. It needed to be disinfected. The area leading upstairs to the unit carried an unpleasant odor, almost like a sewer on the outside of the property. It just wafted in. Ugh!! There was no mosquito net on the bed. I had to request one. It appeared that if I hadn't asked for it, it would not have been provided. When it arrived, it was the wrong size; they said that it was the only one they had. Really, people? The AC didn't work. It just blew hot air as I sat on the bed perspiring. I finally requested a fan, which offered much-needed relief. The reception area is unprofessional. It is very small and could barely accommodate my two suitcases and other assorted pieces of baggage. It is very dimly lit. How do they see? It is dreary and uninviting. There were about a dozen or more large plastic containers with fluid in them occupying a corner of this very small room. This is unprofessional and also a safety hazard. The space is so small that it can only accommodate one couch. It is a couch that looks as if someone had been using it as a bed. The loose pillows were all crushed down and out of position. No one bothered to tidy up this couch. There is only room enough to deal with one customer or small party at once at the reception desk. I was totally underwhelmed with this property. I had reserved the room for two nights but left the following morning.

It was clean, comfortable, and cost-effective. I never saw the restaurant, though, nor did the reception tell me how to get to it, or what time breakfast is served, or provide any additional information at all, so I'm unable to comment on that.

There was no shuttle to pick me up at the airport, even though I'd requested that, so I had to take an Uber. The driveway and entry to the property isn't lighted. If it wasn't for the lights of my Uber driver's car I wouldn't have been able to see a thing...nothing like the photo in the listing showing a colourfully lighted pathway. It's also right next to a sewage treatment plant (maybe that's the promised "lake view"?) There was no coffee machine (nor, for that matter, coffee) in the room, as per the listing, no safe, washing machine, streaming services, and the wifi was really bad...couldn't even handle a voice call over WhatsApp, and only worked in the lounge, not in the bedroom. The mosquito net is open on the sides, so is quite useless. The property definitely isn't wheelchair accessible as claimed in the listing. Even getting into the ground floor apartments requires going up a quite high step.

Staff are excellent.Airport pick up and drop off are great bonus. Location is close.to the airport. Rooms are spacious and clean. Majory is a great host, and she called me as soon as I landed at the airport to ensure that I met the driver that she sent.

Nothing to dislike about the property.

We could not have any breakfast, because of an early departure to the airport. The room was increadibly big, the bathroom was nice and there was airconditioning in the room.

The stay was great, except for the fact that the location was increadibly hard to find, even though we let them know beforehand that we would be arriving. Our poor taxi driver stood there with us knocking at gates and yelling until finally someone came to open the gate.

The staff were very welcoming and the place was very clean.

I ordered room service meals from the restaurant and it took very long to come.

Comfortable, clean, and all facilities work.

It is a little hard to find. When we ring the bell, it waits for us too long to get into the place.

I highly recommend crystal apartments very UN Base.
