Location

The air conditioner could have been cooler it was ok since we brought our fan to circulate ac. The bathroom was very small but served the purpose.

The property was in a good location to Ball State and dining choices. The toilet wasn’t working properly and you had to stick your hand inside the back to flush it yourself. The air conditioner ran for about 30 seconds and shut off. During the night it was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep because of temperature. I let the front desk staff know during check-out and she said I will let maintenance know. I have 2 more stays booked for this same property and after this experience I am thinking about staying at a different hotel.
