It was a nice overall and very clean. We had a first floor room and oddly the window was cracked open and we didn't realize it until morning (which made us feel a little unsafe), The breakfast was ok but not great. Overall a good stay that is close to Ball State Univ.

The breakfast was awesome.

I paid $200 a night through Book-it and my son Paisd $100 a night directly through the hotel. I will not use Book-it again.
