The staff was friendly

I had to leave early because they are were bugs in my bed. The staff did refund me and they offered to accommodate me to another hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly. We appreciated the variety of food options for breakfast. The common spaces and rooms were clean. We didn't get a chance to utilize the pool or fitness center while we were there. Maybe another time.

Dirty, rooms smell, heat and air only worked at 60…sometimes. The bed is hard as a board, small rooms, shower took 10 min to warm up then the only temp was scalding. I booked an executive King with some fa bed and was given a tiny king, but they didn’t change the rate for a small room without the extra bed.

The room we original assigned to upon check in had a bug on the pillow. We then lifted the corner sheet and there was a bed bug. The staff moved us but I am requesting a full refund.

Closer to the highway, could hear Road noise late into the night

Check in guy was friendly, everything smelled clean. Did not see employees standing around complaining, beds were comfortably, bathroom was mostly clean, a little hair on the floor. But the rest was clean.

Breakfast was very nice. But, room was lacking : bags in trash buckets, any local information including tv schedule, shampoo. Room needed better dusting. Price: too high for what was offered. Staff was nice.
